Open Access Course Materials
It's in the low 70's and breezy here in Indiana today. It feels a bit like autumn, which reminds me: the Fall Semester will be here soon. I know it's only July, but if you're like me, you've been busy thinking about your upcoming courses. Over the past few years, I've been building websites for each of the history courses that I teach. Websites include course materials, study guides, reading questions, videos, and more. I've posted them online, but only my students and I seem to have made much use of them.
Given the debates this week over open access, sparked by the American Historical Association's statement on dissertation embargoes, I thought that I would make sure that these materials were shared more widely. Hopefully, some of you who are doing new preps or looking to update your syllabi can find material of use in here. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.
